Run by Karthik Meda at 11:16:49.89 on Sun I'd really appreciate any help you all can provide and help me resolve this without reformatting my system.Īs requested, please find below contents from my DDS.txt file ( this log was generated by running the DDS program in safe mode as I was unable to run the DDS in normal mode because my computer is very slow and the DDS scan is not completing): Further my computer has become extremely slow and I think my hard disk space is being used by the malware - in the normal model it seemed to suggest I only have 50 MB of space or so, but in safe mode, I have over 1.5 GB of space. Now when I went back to the normal I did not get the "This application could not initialize properly" error anymore, BUT the AVG resident shield is continuously displaying several 100 threats and keeps refreshing itself. Next I installed AVG Antivirus 9 in safe mode also and ran the scan atleast 3 times. In order to try to solve this, I switched to Safe Mode and ran SpyBot Search & Destroy. But, I think mine is different, because my errors seemed to be related to several programs. So, I searched on the internet for solutions to this and there seemed to several posts with similar messages, but I think their problems were related to Google Chrome, IE or some visual studio error. I used Malware bytes in safe mode to try to resolve this, but it could not get the job done. I kept getting this message several times and it seemed to be attempting to terminate all my applications. About 5 days ago, I started getting the message :" This application could not initialize property (Ox0000 etc). In order to resolve this, I downloaded MalwareBytes program and I was able to remove "Security Suite" malware.Ģ. About two weeks ago, my computer was infected by the "Security Suite" malware, which kept saying my computer is infected and that I need to purchase the security suite. Since I've been experiencing several problems, I want to list all the problems I experienced and the steps I have taken so far:ġ. I've experienced several malware problems over the past few weeks and have been completely worn down trying to resolve it.
